As part of the project, hundreds of creators and artists make their way to local authorities throughout Israel and hold special performances in the open air and in the public space, appropriate to the nature and needs of the community in which the event takes place.

The shows started already towards the end of June, were held throughout July and continue even today in August, right up until the end of the big holiday.

Among other things, the Lottery Culture Project on the street will reach Acre, Rosh HaAyin, Yeruham, Kiryat Ata, Kiryat Shmona, Hadera, Tiberias, Misgav, Yehud Monosson, Ramat Yishai, Kiryat Arba and the Golan Heights in the coming weeks.

In total, the project is spread over about 70 local authorities, each of which hosts six cultural shows.

In recent years, the Lottery Council for Culture and the Arts has been working with the aim of cultivating as much of the common public space as possible, and turning it into an area that will offer free culture to the residents of the place.

To this end, performances such as these are held in the lottery culture on the street - free of charge, in the fields of music, theater, dance, opera, circus and more.
