Bison Futé: traffic "very difficult" on Saturday in the return direction

Holidaymakers will be numerous on the way back, the Rhone corridor is particularly concerned. The road traffic will be dense this weekend because of the returns of holidays, in particular Saturday with a traffic classified red ( "very difficult" ), according to the forecasts published Wednesday by Bison Futé. During the rest of the weekend, the traffic is classified orange (

) in the direction of the returns throughout France, with additional traffic difficulties in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and in the Mediterranean arc, classified red on Friday and Sunday.

Bison Futé advises to avoid the A7, A9 and A10 highways and specifies that access to France via the Mont-Blanc tunnel (N205) will be difficult every day of the weekend from 11:00 a.m. and in particular at the end of afternoon, with a

In the direction of departures, traffic will be "usual" on Friday and Sunday, except in the Mediterranean arc where traffic is classified orange on Friday. Traffic difficulties will however occur on Saturday, particularly in the Mediterranean arc, classified as red. That day, Bison Futé advises to leave or cross the Île-de-France

“before 8 am or after 2 pm”

and to avoid the A7, A9 and A10 motorways.
