The conference is taking place against the background of the decision of Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, Education Minister Shasha Bitton and Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz - according to which in eighth-twelfth grades in red cities, studies will take place if there are no 70% or more vaccinated students.
The decision has already caused a stir due to fears of teachers and principals that the parents of the students will put pressure on them to create classes of students most of whom are vaccinated so that learning remains frontal learning.
