At the request of the Ministry of Health, Magen David Adom will take a significant part in expanding the tests and will thicken the rapid test system starting today, Wednesday, when MDA will operate about 150 rapid test stations throughout the country.

In the Jerusalem area, in the north and in the south of the country, the tests for children aged 3 to 12 will be done by MDA teams free of charge, in the center of the country, free tests for children will be performed by other companies.
The antigen rapid tests are intended for those who are not vaccinated or recovering, provide an answer within about a quarter of an hour and allow the Ministry of Health to issue a green card for 24 hours.
It should be noted that according to the green mark policy, ages 0-3 will be exempt from presenting a green mark, ages 3-12 will be eligible for state-funded tests and those aged 12 and over will be forced to fund the cost of the tests out of pocket.
