Workers at the General Motors plant in Silao, Guanajuato, carry out an internal voting process to define the ownership of their collective contract.
Approximately 6,000 employees participate in this process, which is observed by authorities in Mexico, the United States and Canada, in addition to other bodies such as the International Labor Organization.
