The municipality of Langenbach continues to work on the designation of two new development areas.
In addition to details on the location, increased land prices were also discussed.
Langenbach

And to create living space in the village is the declared goal of the community.
In response to a request from FT, Hoyer expressed the hope that, in addition to interested parties from abroad, it would also and above all be locals who would seize the opportunity to build in the locality.

“An der Eichenstrasse”: 31 building plots
Regardless of this, Hoyer attaches great importance to the development plan “Langenbach - An der Eichenstrasse”. Accordingly, 31 building plots for single and semi-detached houses are to be built on the outskirts behind the Alter Wirt village restaurant. 180 to 240 locals and new residents could find a home there. In an "exclusive, very beautiful" and, as Hoyer emphasized, "green location", which would make the whole thing appear absolutely attractive despite a certain hillside location. One is outside and yet central. The town center can be reached within two minutes. A corresponding footpath is firmly planned. According to Hoyer, after a shortened version, things could now move quickly with the construction area on Eichenstrasse. She is expecting the statute resolution in autumn,In the next spring one could then put out to tender and start building in the course of the coming year.
"Extension of the Nelkenweg": Closing the gap
The "Nelkenweg extension" development plan has now taken a step further.
The public display has already taken place here.
However, there were still a number of objections and comments to be dealt with.
In this case, too, Hoyer expects a resolution in the articles of association this fall.
The small building area with ten parcels closes the gap and is therefore a good example of the desired “internal densification”.
