On Tuesday, as I recall, it reached Walla!

Documentation of the moments when the fire broke out.

The video shows that the fire, which broke out on the outskirts of the settlement of Beit Meir, developed simultaneously in two centers, the main one of which is the Comb Reserve, while at the same time, across the road, a fire developed in the Mount Carmila area.

News 13 reported that due to the fact that there were two foci of fire, it is estimated that the fire was caused as a result of arson.

Towards 15:00, students of an educational institution operating in the locality noticed a fire that was taking place in the area of the Comb Reserve, and called the fire brigade to the scene.

Long minutes later a fire truck arrived and began trying to put out the fire.

As part of the investigation to find out the circumstances of the fire, the investigation team arrived at the educational institution and questioned students.

Among other things, they were asked if they noticed figures or people near the forest near the time of the arson.

The suspicion is growing that this is an arson.

About 1,500 firefighters took part in the efforts to contain the fire, with the assistance of the IDF, the JNF, the Nature and Parks Authority and even the Palestinian Authority.

The Hercules aircraft first assisted in the firefighting, as part of an additional 20 firefighting aircraft that made 206 sorties.

Ten localities were evacuated during the fire, which became the largest in the history of Israel: Tzova, Givat Ye'arim, Shoeva, Ramat Raziel, Eitanim, Beit Meir, Shoresh, Ein Rafa, Ein Kerem and Ein Nakuba.
