Officials from the Miesbach police station stopped a scooter driver in the district town.
He couldn't show a driver's license - and had plenty of THC in his blood.
Miesbach - The scooter driver was on his way to work, writes an officer from the Miesbach police station in a press release.
However, the 39-year-old driver did not reach his destination: In Miesbach he was stopped by the police.
The general traffic control took place on Wednesday evening, August 18, around 8 p.m.
The police wrote: "During the inspection it was found that the scooter driver does not have a valid driver's license that entitles him to drive the scooter."

Furthermore, the Miesbacher was tested positive for THC in a drug pretest.
"A blood sample was then taken in the Agatharied hospital," said the officials.
The scooter driver then admitted that he had consumed several joints in the past few days.
"A preliminary investigation into driving without a license and driving a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs has been initiated."
