For individual employees who are still concerned about vaccination, Cathay Pacific will provide free medical evaluation before vaccination, and all logistics staff in Hong Kong can also enjoy two days of vaccination leave, and will separately consider cases of employees who cannot be vaccinated due to health reasons. .

At present, 89% of Cathay Pacific employees in Hong Kong have booked or received vaccinations, including 99% of pilots and approximately 92% of cabin attendants.

The new regulations will be implemented in two phases. The first phase is from September 1st. Employees of certain groups must complete at least one dose of the new crown vaccine; employees who have already received one dose or who have completed the vaccine must be tested every seven days .

The second phase starts on September 30. All employees of a specific group must complete two doses of vaccines and be tested every seven days.

Medical exemptions are not accepted in the above two stages.
