There are many banks that lend money to retirees and pensioners.
But in none of them is it possible to find loans with
rates as low
as those offered by ANSES, now with the chance to process those assistance - of up to $ 200,000 -
without leaving home
.
Until recently, and in the middle of a pandemic, to get personal loans from this body, older adults had to take an appointment and report to an office.
The management, yes or yes,
had to be face-to-face
and it was not even allowed to be carried out by their
attorneys-in-fact
.
But since the middle of this year, to
facilitate access
to this
ultra-subsidized
financing
, the ANSES enabled a 100% online application process, which can be done from a computer or a cell phone.
"Now you can access an ANSES Credit online,
without leaving your home,
" the agency advises those who consult on the subject.
"If you meet the requirements, you will be able to request it
at the time, without a shift
and without having to go to an office," he adds on his website.
But how is
this new application process to
be carried out
step by step
?
Who can access the credits, with what limits and
what
monthly
payment values do they
yield?
Here is a
practical guide to
everything you need to know.
It is no longer required to go to an ANSES office to request your loans of up to $ 200,000.

How much money can each retiree or pensioner borrow from ANSES?
ANSES loans can be for a
minimum
of
$ 5,000
and a
maximum
of
$ 200,000
, but not all seniors can apply for the higher amount.
Each beneficiary has their
own credit limit
That depends directly on
how much you charge
per month, since the fee to be paid
may not exceed 20%
of the monthly income.
From September the minimum retirement will be
$ 25,922
.
Therefore, for example, whoever collects this asset may only request an ANSES Credit that yields installments of less than
$ 5,185
per month.
And whoever has a retirement of
$ 50,000
must adjust the chosen amount and the amount of installments in such a way that the monthly payments do not exceed
$ 10,000
.
What return terms can be chosen?
ANSES Credits are granted with payment plans at a
fixed rate
that today reach
four
years in duration.
Until recently they offered up to five years, but it was limited.
When requesting the loan, the elderly adult has three possibilities: they can choose to repay it in
24
monthly installments (2 years), in
36
installments (3 years) or in
48
installments (4 years).
Of course,
age imposes a limit
.
The applicant should be under 90 years old at the time of paying the last installment.
Thus, only people
86 and younger
can use the longer term.
Those who are under 90 years old on the date of the last installment can access financing.

How much is the interest rate and how convenient is it?
Whatever the amount and term of the loan, the installments of the ANSES Credits are calculated with the
French amortization
system
, taking a fixed nominal annual rate (TNA) in pesos of
29%
.
This is a
very advantageous
level of interest
compared to the market.
on the banks
personal loans are currently given with rates (TNA) that average
53.5%
, according to data from the Central Bank.
And the most accessible lines for retirees do not fall below
40%
.
How to know what the amount of each installment will be?
On the ANSES website, interested parties can access a
simulator
that allows combining the desired sum with the different repayment terms to find out how much the fees would be in each case.
To use this tool it is necessary to enter "
My ANSES
" (from this link) with the CUIL number and the Social Security password (who does not have it or forgot it can create one here).
Then you have to choose the option "
Request an ANSES Credit
" and click on "Continue".

In this way, it can be known that if, for example,
$ 200,000
(the maximum amount)
is requested, the
resulting
initial fee
will be ...
Of
$ 11,714
if the loan is for
24 months
.
Of
$ 9,015
if the loan is for
36 months
.
Of
$ 7,719
if the loan is for
48 months
.
While, in case of requesting only
$ 100,000
, the
initial fee
will be ...
Of
$ 5,857
if the loan is for
24 months
.
From
$ 4,507
if the loan is for
36 months
.
Of
$ 3,859
if the loan is for
48 months
.
The ANSES Credits simulator reveals how much the fees would be by choosing different combinations of amounts and terms.

The installments to be paid throughout the "life" of the loan
will not all be identical
, but the important thing is that they do not increase, as in other systems.
They will be, in fact, a little
more expensive at the beginning than at the end
, with a gradual decline.
For example, for those who take $ 100,000 in 24 payments, the installment No. 1 will be
$ 5,857
, the No. 12 will be $ 5,734 and the No. 24 will be
$ 5,557
.
With the projected high inflation, a scheme of this type makes it possible to expect a
progressive liquefaction
of the impact of the fees on the monthly income of the retiree or pensioner.
Installment by installment, this is the return of an ANSES Credit of $ 100,000 in a 24-month plan.

Step by step, how to request an ANSES Credit with the new 100% online procedure?
To do the management, you need to have the
latest copy of the DNI
and the
CBU
number of
the bank account at hand, which can be found at the ATM, by home banking or by going to the bank.
It is also convenient to check that the
contact information
is updated in My ANSES.
With all this ready,
the steps
are:
1. Enter My ANSES
.
It is done from the "My ANSES" button that appears in www.anses.gob.ar, or directly from here.
2. Go to the simulator
.
This can be found in the "ANSES Credits" menu, entering "Request credit - Retirement and Pensions".
3. Start the request
.
For that, you have to enter the desired amount, choose the term, click on "Calculate installments" and then on "Request credit."
Then it will be necessary to review all the data that ANSES has of the beneficiary and, if they are correct, press "Continue".
4. Validation code
.
To continue, the system will ask to enter a code that, by then, should have already arrived by email.
After typing, "Continue" is selected.
5. Identity document
.
Then you will have to write the "procedure number" of the DNI, which depending on the version can be on the front or the back.
And press "Continue".
6. Final steps
.
It remains to agree to an affidavit, accept the detail of the credit conditions, click "
Send request
" and download the voucher.
Can the application be rejected?
Even meeting all the requirements, it may happen that the system at a certain moment prevents the order from being completed, and that a sign appears warning that
the quota has been completed
.
The reason is that ANSES supports a maximum number of online applications
per day
.
In that case, it will be necessary to
try the next day
, until it is successful.
How long does it take to deliver the borrowed money and how is it charged?
Once the application is submitted, the loan money becomes available within
five business days
: about a week.
It is not charged in cash, but the ANSES deposits it in the same
bank account
in which the retiree or pensioner collects his credit (the savings bank whose CBU had to be confirmed during the process).
If I prefer to process the credit in an ANSES office, can I still do it?
Yes, but instead of getting an immediate result, it is possible to have a delay of up to
60 days
.
To claim the credit so
face
a ANSES office must take a turn through this link.
On the day of the appointment, you have to go with your
DNI
and proof of the
CBU
.
In turn, people who are blind, illiterate or unable to sign must go with someone they trust over 18 years of age as a witness.
Although the face-to-face process is still available, it can take up to two months to obtain the money.

disability
or for being

or more
children
.
For this group, the available credits are

.
