The First Simultaneous and Compulsory Open (PASO) are celebrating their first decade with a

record number of ballots in several suburban districts

.

La Matanza, the most populated district in the country, will have 27 lists from 18 electoral fronts, while the other side will be San Fernando and Tres de Febrero, with 16 ballots.

But the district with the fewest ballots will be Escobar, with 15.

Among the pre-candidates for councilors, the substitutes and the pre-candidates for school counselors with their substitutes

in the 26 municipalities of Greater Buenos Aires reach 15,084 names distributed in 538 ballots

, according to

Clarín's

calculation

, based on data from the Electoral Board of the Province.

Appear in the lists former mayors, deputies, influencers, brothers of players, and neighborhood parties, among thousands of candidates.

The polls in general show a polarization between the Frente de Todos y Juntos (JxC), but the options in the dark room on average exceed 20 lists with at least 15 political parties among those of national scope, the provincial ones and the neighborhood organizations in the Greater Buenos Aires.

To compete in the October general elections on September 12, 1.5% of the vote must pass.

In the 24 electoral circuits of La Matanza,

1,020,238 voters are qualified

for this election

, more than the entire province of Misiones

(948,500), and they will have 27 options from 18 electoral fronts, among which even the mayor Fernando Espinoza himself appears. he is a candidate for first councilor of the Frente de Todos in a testimonial way to "plebiscite the management."

Fernando Espinoza returned to govern the district in 2019. He took office with a band and a cane in the presence of Cristina Kirchner.

Not only is it the record of voters for a municipality, but this year the medal for the number of ballots is hung in Greater Buenos Aires.

When PASO debuted in 2011, 22 lists were featured;

in 2013, there were 17;

in the 2015 elections, 17;

four years ago 24 lists and in the last election only 12.

In La Matanza there will be inmates in the "Humanist Party", in "Unión Celeste y Blanco", three lists of "Vamos con vos" by Florencio Randazzo;

two of "Avanza Libertad" by José Luis Espert;

two from the Left Front, three from Juntos;

and another internal from the Patriot Front.

Some of the candidates who draw attention are the former Big Brother and Singing, Brian Lanzelotta, who heads the list of the Federal Party;

or the former deputy Héctor "Toty" Flores, on one of the Juntos lists.

Former Big Brother, Brian Lanzelotta will be a candidate for councilor in La Matanza for the Federal Party.

In total, 810 pre-candidates were registered in the Electoral Board of the Province of Buenos Aires, among those who aspire to the council, the alternates and the five school counselors and their five alternates.

Another name that attracts attention but due to the absence will be that of Ricardo Rolleri.

The president of the block of Peronist councilors of La Matanza, has been a councilor uninterruptedly since 1983, and due to the law voted in 2016 that prevents more than two consecutive terms, he could not appear.

He goes from candidate to provincial deputy.

Another of the record municipalities is San Miguel

, governed by Jaime Méndez, the mayor referenced in Joaquín De la Torre, who supports Facundo Manes.

In the district of the First Electoral Section, where 236,651 voters are authorized -according to data from the National Electoral Chamber-, there will be 26 ballots in the dark room.

The local ruling party will go to inmates within Juntos.

On the side of Diego Santilli there will be two ballots, while the one for Manes runs with the support of the communal chief, who assured his surname at the top of the ballot: the candidate will be Cristian "Piojo" Méndez, cousin of the mayor and historical municipal official of San Miguel.

The podium is completed by José C. Paz, the only suburban district governed by the Frente de Todos where there will be inmates in that space

, at the request of the historic mayor Mario Ishii, who believes that "it helps the space" that there are multiple lists because " all militate to win. "

There will be 24 lists, three from the ruling party, where the one that has the support of the communal chief is the one headed by Roque Caggiano, the candidate who campaigns with the music of the singer L-Gante.

There will be two lists from FIT, two from randazzismo (Let's go with you), and two from Espert.

In the southern zone, Quilmes will have 22 lists of 17 political parties.

It is still below the Quilmeño record of the debut years of the PASO, when in 2011 26 candidates for mayor were presented.

On the contrary, in the southern zone the municipalities that will have the least pre-candidates will be: Lomas de Zamora -the second in the GBA in number of voters with 500,039-, Avellaneda and Berazategui.

In the three municipalities there will be 20 ballots.

In Lomas, there will only be internships in Juntos, the FIT and three lists of Vamos con vos, by Randazzo.

In Avellaneda, two others from Randazzismo, two from Espert, two from the Left, two from Juntos and another two from the Federal Party;

while in Berazategui, there will be two from "Unión Celeste y Blanco", two from FIT, and two from "Juntos".

At the same time, the FdT list is headed by the former deputy and wife of the mayor in use of license to be Minister of Territorial Development and Habitat, Jorge Ferraresi.

Of the entire suburbs, the district that will have the fewest ballots in the dark room will be Escobar, where only two electoral fronts will go to internal: Juntos and the Frente de Izquierda.

While in Tres de Febrero and San Fernando, there will be 16 ballots from 14 fronts.

On Tres de Febrero, Mayor Diego Valenzuela managed to get Juntos to have only one list, and there will only be an intern in the Left Front;

while in San Fernando, in addition to the FIT, the other intern will be the randazzismo, the rest of the forces will go with a single ballot.

In Morón, within the 19 annotated lists, Espert's strength presents two.

One headed by

Néstor Zárate, lawyer and brother of former footballers

Sergio "El Ratón", Ariel "Chino" and Mauro Zárate, who until recently played for Boca Juniors.

Zárate had already been a pre-candidate for mayor in 2019, in one of the three lists of Roberto Lavagna's "Federal Consensus".

In Morón, one of José Luis Espert's two lists, it is headed by Néstor Zárate, older brother of soccer player Mauro Zárate.

Neighbors and complaints about the lowering of lists

In this election, few neighborhood parties were registered within the suburbs, but they are still significant.

One of the most important cases is that of the Neighborhood Meeting in Action (EVA), a stamp that the former Peronist mayor of Moreno, Walter Festa, acquired to compete.

He knew that they would not give him the PASS against the mayor Mariel Fernández, against whom he lost in the 2019 Primary. Now the deputy of the Frente de Todos, Romina Uhrig, wife of Festa, will head the neighborhood list as the first candidate for councilor, among the 23 lists that will be in Moreno.

Romina Uhrig, partner of the former mayor of Moreno, Walter Festa, is running for councilor for a neighborhood party.

The one who was left without Primary, and even without a short ballot, was the controversial former baron of the suburbs, Raúl "El Vasco" Othacehé, -who will soon be released in a fiction- who had already complained that the Frente de Todos seemed a Soviet party, because they did not let him compete.

Besides Moreno, another neighborhood is that of "Together for Hurlingham", also in the west of Buenos Aires;

"Let's Sumemos Pilar", in the north of the GBA;

and the already historic one with representation in the Deliberative Council "With Civic Vocation for San Isidro", which will have two of the 21 lists that are presented in the district.

One will be "Cut to stagnation" and the other "Rethinking San Isidro."

The lists that compete at the provincial level

In the First Electoral Section, which covers the municipalities of the north and west of the suburbs, it also adds some districts of the interior and elects eight provincial senators, of the 23 that are renewed in the Upper Chamber of Buenos Aires.

In total, it groups 24 municipalities: Merlo, Malvinas Argentinas, Moreno, Tigre, Tres de Febrero, San Martín, Morón, Campana, Escobar, Hurlingham, Ituzaingó, José C. Paz, Pilar, San Fernando, San Isidro, San Miguel and Vicente Lopez.

And also General Las Heras, General Rodríguez, Luján, Marcos Paz, Mercedes, Navarro and Suipacha.

Among the 22 lists of 18 political parties that present with candidates for provincial senators, there will only be inmates in "Juntos", which on Santilli's side the ballot is headed by Cristian Gribaudo and on the side of Manes, Joaquín De la Torre.

Another will be between two lists of the Left Front, between the railroad Rubén "Pollo" Sobrero and Sandra Lucero.

And the "Social Vocation" party also presented two lists and one more internal one in the "Federal Party."

18 benches up for grabs in the Third Section

In turn, in the southern suburban districts, plus La Matanza and some in the interior, which total 19 municipalities, they must elect 18 of the 46 seats of provincial deputies that are put into play and 23 lists of 18 political parties.

The Third Electoral Section covers the municipalities of La Matanza, Lomas de Zamora, Quilmes, Almirante Brown, Avellaneda, Berazategui, Esteban Echeverría, Ezeiza, Florencio Varela and Lanús, in the GBA.

Martiniano Molina will be the first candidate for provincial deputy of Diego Santilli.

And inside: Presidente Perón, Punta Indio, San Vicente, Berisso, Brandsen, Cañuelas, Ensenada Magdalena, and Lobos.

Most are governed by Peronism with the exception of Lanús, Brandsen, Lobos and Magdalena.

The main intern among the four games that are going to intern will be Juntos.

A ballot will be headed by the chef and former mayor of Quilmes, Martiniano Molina, and that of Manes, represented by the radical Pablo Domenechini, rector of the Guillermo Brown National University (UNAB) and a reference for Martín Lousteau, with the journalist Walter Queijeiro in the third place on the list.

In La Matanza we also need #DarElPaso.

There will also be PASO in the FIT, which has two lists;

in the randazzismo (Let's go with you);

and in the "Social Vocation" party.
