Guard Queen Roach is in advanced negotiations with the city of Ness Ziona, "Israel Today" first learned.
Roach (24, 1.93m) played at the Texas College from 2015-2019.
Last season he won the league championship in New Zealand with the Wellington Saints team and was also selected as the outstanding player of the final.
Last month he played with the Los Angeles Clippers in the summer league and in five games averaged 7.4 points, 1.8 rebounds and one assist in five games.
Roach will be the fourth foreigner on the roster after Tim Suarez, Matt Farrell and Ike Wamu.
