A man from Erdweg is on trial.
The 33-year-old is said to have brutally attacked and even raped his girlfriend several times.
Munich / Hebertshausen / Erdweg - Because he is said to have raped, beaten, strangled and threatened his 29-year-old partner from Hebertshausen, a 33-year-old stand builder is currently facing the Munich II district court.
The charge sounds brutal. In September 2020, Erdweger is said to have raped his girlfriend. Soon after, there were head-butts and blows. On the evening of October 23, the situation escalated: Armed with a gas pistol and penknife, he threatened the woman to "wipe out" her ex-husband and father of her children if she did not break off contact. He insulted her in the worst possible way, threw her cell phone against the wall, gave her a head-butt. During a fight over the cell phone, he choked her, hit her head on the floor and threatened her that "there will be no tomorrow" for her. He was arrested the same evening and has been in custody ever since.
In addition to the relationship crimes, the public prosecutor accuses him of other crimes: using symbols of unconstitutional organizations and drug trafficking. Weapons were also found: a baseball bat, knife, blank gun and a telescopic baton. The process is ongoing.
