Dozens of Palestinians were injured today as the Israeli occupation forces suppressed a demonstration east of Gaza City.
Wafa news agency reported that the occupation forces stationed in the north of the besieged Gaza Strip opened fire with automatic weapons and fired poison gas canisters at hundreds of participants in the demonstration that took place on the occasion of the 52nd anniversary of the crime of burning Al-Aqsa Mosque, wounding 17 of them with bullets and dozens of cases of suffocation.
A number of Palestinians were injured earlier today as a result of the occupation forces' attack on them in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem and south of Hebron in the West Bank.
