The activities of the first day of the First Wounded Homeland Games in swimming, physical strength, athletics and badminton have ended in Al-Assad Sports City in Lattakia.
In the swimming championship in the “25” meter freestyle competition, he won the first three places in a row in the paralysis category Amer Salloum, Fayez Azzam and Youssef Shariqi, in the amputation category Muhammad Zaher Qaiser, Mulham Al-Zabadi, Mahmoud Barkawi, in the private category Saleh Ali, Ahmed Jourieh and Muhammad Tweiti, and in the “25” meter competition, the butterfly of Omar Daoud and Youssef Shariqi. And Mahmoud Barkawi, in the “25” noon class, Ahmed Qassem from Iraq, Mulham Al-Zabadi and Medhat Montajeb, and the swimming championship competitions will conclude tomorrow with the “25” freestyle and “50” noon competitions.
In the physical strength championship, in which 43 players participated, he won the first three places in a row, with a weight of “54” Majid Nahal, Louay Abu Shaheen and Ali Ibrahim, with a weight of “59” kg, Maher Dhair, Youssef Shariqi, Nizar Al-Mahna, and a weight of “65” kg, Hassan Al-Adhra’, Mufleh Khalouf and Qusay. In the badminton championships, Firas Sheha and Muhammad Qirbi from the first group and Issa Hassan and Yazan Ajouz from the second group qualified for the semi-finals.
