The authority indicated that the final stage consists of two official competitions on two consecutive days, the 22nd and 23rd of August, each with a mark. The duration of each official competition is 5 continuous hours, and the permitted programming language is “C Plus Plus”.
The student who successfully passes the final stage is given the opportunity to participate in the final qualifiers to join the national team for the Olympiad of Informatics.
82 male and female students from different governorates participated in the qualifying exams that were held remotely in two experimental and official phases during the period between August 1 and 7, and each round included 3 issues of patterns and levels of issues raised in the final qualifiers for the competence of informatics in the Syrian Scientific Olympiad.
The competition targets successful school students from the fifth grade to the eleventh grade who have the ability to program in the “C Plus Plus” language.
