Today, Iraqi forces arrested three terrorists and found weapons caches in the Tarmiyah area, north of Baghdad.
Alsumaria News quoted the Iraqi Popular Mobilization media as saying in a statement: "The 12th Brigade detachments in the crowd arrested the three wanted terrorists under arrest warrants for the judiciary and transferred them to the competent authorities."
The statement added that the 12th Brigade of the Popular Mobilization continues for the ninth consecutive day its operations to pursue wanted persons and end security violations in conjunction with operations in the Middle Euphrates and the governorates of Diyala, Kirkuk, Nineveh and Anbar, which included raiding and searching terrorist hideouts and checking the information of the residents of those provinces to ensure that the cities are free of terrorist elements.
Last night, the police of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, arrested a terrorist while he was trying to infiltrate the capital from Diyala Governorate.
