No matter how sheltered some are created under the paternalism of the European Union, the longed-for QR code that injects us with a sense of belonging to the dreamed of immunized caste is becoming, for thousands of vaccinated souls, unattainable. Because
this heaven as protective as aspirational
in the imaginary European pandemic called
Green Pass

) abounds, for now, more in names than in effectiveness.
Also called Covid Passport, European Union Digital Certificate or Health Passport, the little square of indecipherable pacman mazes that certify the complete vaccination schedule against the coronavirus is synonymous with feeling safe, under the portable protection of a
deux ex machina
that rescues us from the Sars-Cov-2 nightmare that we have spent almost a year and a half amortizing in the body to return to the cinema, to the full court, to the social sweat of the gym, to the roller coaster of the amusement park.
The digital certificate
was designed to alleviate the agony of international tourism
and facilitate, during this European summer, travel within the community space of free movement known as Schengen, without annoying and costly health controls. And although it began to circulate in airports at the beginning of July, one of the incongruities that enjoys good health in the management of this pandemic is
the lack of border control by land.
The Europeans had already been summer for almost a month and it was possible to cross half of Spain, from Madrid, by car, to cross the border with France and continue to travel to Italy without anyone checking
