Baghdad-Sana

Two Iraqi citizens were killed today in an attack by the Turkish regime forces on areas in Dohuk Governorate, northern Iraq.

Farhad Mahmoud, director of the Bativa district of Dohuk governorate, said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency "INA" that "two people from Nineveh governorate were killed in Turkish artillery shelling on the village of Bandro, which belongs to the district."

A number of Iraqi citizens were killed and injured in an air strike by the Turkish regime forces a few days ago, targeting a hospital in the northern Iraqi city of Sinjar.

The Turkish regime trespasses from time to time on lands in northern Iraq, exposing its sovereignty under the pretext of targeting the Kurdistan Workers Party.
