The Foreign Ministry announced today that only vaccinated people will be able to enter the Czech Republic, one of the few countries that currently, can fly to them and return without the need for isolation.
The decision mainly hurts recoverers who will not be able to enter the country from today until further notice.
Those who are vaccinated will be able to enter the Czech Republic after presenting a negative corona test within 72 hours before the flight to the country.
Back in the country, the vaccinated will also be able to enjoy an exemption from full isolation, which means that they will have to go into isolation for 24 hours or until they receive negative results for the corona tests that will be performed immediately after landing at Ben Gurion Airport.

The Czechs' decision takes effect today and is due to the morbidity situation in Israel.
If the morbidity situation in the country improves, there is a chance that the Czechs will change their decision and allow both recovering and unvaccinated people to enter the country.
It is important to remember that the Czech Republic is not the only country that restricts entry only to the vaccinated and distinguishes them from the recovering.
Also to Thailand, only vaccinated can enter, recovering even in this case, not allowed to visit the country.
At the same time, today or tomorrow, the official decision of the Foreign Ministry is expected to be made regarding the list of countries from which it will be possible to return without the need for isolation.
Yesterday we published here in the first publication about the names of the countries that are expected to join this list, among others: Portugal, Bahrain, Slovakia, Denmark and Poland.
Two other countries that are expected to be included in this list are Thailand and Canada, but as mentioned, no official decision has yet been made on the issue.
