At the beginning of the year, a young man and his parents were found dead in Starnberg.
The trial against a 21-year-old begins on Monday.
Starnberg - The trial of the triple murder of Starnberg begins today, Monday, in front of the youth chamber of the Munich II regional court.
As reported, a 21-year-old man from Olching (Fürstenfeldbruck district) and a 19-year-old from Starnberg have to answer for murder, particularly serious robbery and violation of the War Weapons Control Act.
Murder in Starnberg: 21-year-old is said to have shot family
On Sunday night, the younger defendant's lawyer made serious allegations against the investigative authorities.
The public prosecutor had "filled their gaps in knowledge with a lot of imagination instead of investigative work," criticized lawyer Dr.
Alexander Stevens in a multi-page press release.
The investigators accuse the defendants of going to Starnberg to see their 21-year-old boyfriend at the start of the trial on January 11th.
There, the elder of the two is said to have shot the son of the house and his parents (60, 64) and then stole numerous weapons.
The younger one is said to have driven him to and from the crime scene as a chauffeur, so to speak.
Starnberg triple murder: defender doubts version
Stevens doubts this version and in his explanation he cites numerous other hypotheses about what could have happened that night in the single-family house on Riedener Weg - from an accident to an extended suicide.
The process, for which the court has already scheduled more than 50 trial days until mid-January, is intended to shed light on the darkness.
"The defense (...) will use the main hearing to turn every stone twice," announced Stevens.
