The Prime Minister's Office published during the night what is defined as the "outline of flights to Uman", although in practice, this is not a special outline, but a decision not to change anything in everything related to flights to Ukraine.
According to the published outline, the flights to Ukraine will continue as they are today - checks before the flight to Uman and before returning to Israel and full isolation for returnees from the country.
Ukraine is currently considered an orange country and the return of the orange countries is the same as that presented by the Prime Minister's Office as an outline.
In talks with Breslav's followers who will be in Uman this year as well, they say that they are excited to fly back to Israel despite the isolation and that for them, there is no problem with the Israeli government's decision to leave Ukraine on the list of orange countries.
It is important to note that morbidity rates in Ukraine are very low relative to morbidity rates in the country.
To date, about 1,600 have been verified in a country with a population of about 44 million.
At the height of the epidemic, numbers were recorded there that crossed the 20,000-infected daily threshold.
The process of traveling to Ukraine
All passengers, including vaccinated and recovering, will need to perform a corona test within 72 hours before the flight to Ukraine.
Returning from Ukraine, returnees will be required to present a negative answer to a corona check that will be performed within 72 hours prior to the flight to Israel.
All returnees from Ukraine, including vaccinated and recovering, will be required to enter full isolation for seven days subject to two corona tests in Israel. At the same time, everyone will be required to fill out an isolation declaration form within 24 hours before returning to Israel.
