Nuremberg - A woman from the lateral thinker scene had to answer before the Nuremberg District Court * on Monday (23 August).

, she is said to have held a megaphone to a press photographer's ear during a demo on April 5 this year and played a loud beep.
The man suffered from tinnitus four to five days later.
The public prosecutor's office is therefore alleging willful bodily harm against the 39-year-old.

However, the woman did not appear for the hearing; the court nevertheless issued a penalty order at the request of the public prosecutor's office.
The defendant now has to pay 90 daily rates of 30 euros each.
That's a total of 2700 euros.
She still has the opportunity to appeal.
If it actually comes to that, there will be another hearing before the local court in a few weeks.
