It turns out that about 37,000 teaching staff - teachers, kindergarten teachers and faculty - were not vaccinated.
Even if we subtract those who are not medically able and for any other reasonable reason, there are still tens of thousands who suffer from ignorance, superstition and / or antisocial behavioral disabilities.
Some even refuse to be tested, in order to isolate the patients from them.
The immediate reason for denying them access to schools and kindergartens is, of course, for fear that they will infect the children and adolescents who cannot defend themselves against their promiscuity, and those, in turn, will infect their families.
But there is a deeper reason: the destructive educational example of the various refusers.
It must not be a question of educators of the generation.
What children will learn from their educators' behavior will be a toxic cocktail of indifference to children's lives and health, disregard for the common good, conspiracy theories, and science denial.
For those who choose such behavior - there is no place in the education system.
They must also not enjoy their promiscuity, receiving a salary without a job.
They may need to be converted to teaching adults in classes populated with vaccine refusers.
This way they will be able to enjoy a supportive social environment, and stick to each other for their enjoyment.
Anyone who needs glasses and refuses to wear them - should not be used as a public bus driver.
Anyone who needs a hearing aid and refuses to use it - is not desirable as a call center in the police emergency services.
It is better that those who suffer from fear of heights - will not serve as a guide for mountain climbers.
Those who suffer from the perception of reality and their social values - do not deserve to serve as an exemplary educator for the next generation.
Too bad it has to be said.
It's so obvious to any responsible person.
