consulted different chambers of merchants to find out how the operation was during the weekend.
Some published the news on their networks and communicated it among their affiliates on the same Thursday.

Regarding capacity, the City adheres to the Decree of Necessity and Urgency (DNU), which establishes a maximum capacity of 70% in relation to the maximum capacity enabled for districts that, according to the daily average of infections, are in a situation of
risk and epidemiological average health.
Bars and restaurants in the City can serve until 1 and with 70% capacity.

A similar measure, although with the night time
limit at 3

the operation of dance clubs is not
yet
allowed
and bars and gastronomic venues must be limited to the activity for which they are enabled.
In this area, over the weekend,
inspections and closures
were carried
out
in spaces that functioned as nightclubs and where unauthorized parties were held due to the restrictions that are still in force.
