The government's failed vaccination plan can be seen in different ways. The most handy is strictly numerical: in this plane the novelty is that today 650 thousand doses of the Sputnik vaccine would arrive. Barely 250 thousand correspond to the longed-for second doses. Clearly insufficient when as of Monday 3 out of 10 over 60 years had not yet completed the vaccination schedule, and those who received the first dose of Sputnik accept the alternatives with more resignation than enthusiasm.
It is worth remembering, generated by the lack and not by their effectiveness, even if they have it.
The truth is that
