It was the first general meeting of the “Ois-Ohne” shop in the spa town that took place in attendance.

Important items were on the agenda and it was re-elected.

Bad Tölz - A total of 20 comrades came together for the meeting in the Tölz youth café.

“Actually, we wanted to hold such a meeting a year ago,” says Lucas Mühlhans, Chairman of the Supervisory Board until 2021. Due to the corona pandemic, lockdown and contact bans, this has not yet been possible in this form.

A lot has now been made up for - starting with the report on the company's financial position.

"Unfortunately, the Ois-Ohne-Laden was not entirely spared from Corona," explained Norbert Glöckner.

Nonetheless, the store has "developed well", as Diana Meßmer, a member of the board until 2021, made clear.

School trips, an “environmental breakfast”, stalls at the Tölz farmers' market and the “Beneculture Festival” were just a few examples of the public relations work done by “Ois Ohne”.

Mission statement created

The management board and the supervisory board have also created their own mission statement in the past Corona months. In addition to togetherness, sustainability and regionality, organic quality is a mainstay of the new model. The future management and supervisory board members of Unpacked-Laden Oberland eG also want to orient themselves to this.

Stephan Wild will take over the chairmanship of the supervisory board for the coming term of office under the re-elected supervisory board members Gabriele Wojciechowski and Alexandra Schmidt.

The previous management team, consisting of Norbert Glöckner and Diana Meßmer, was replaced by Markus Scheffel, Andreas Munkert, Phillipp Maiß as well as Brigitte Goldbrunner and Anna Meßmer.

"I'm looking forward to working with the new and old members," said the managing director Sabine Riesch confidently.

Max Riedl from the Bavarian Cooperative Association was also looking forward to the next two years.

“I'm proud of what the store has achieved so far,” said Riedl.

“You could learn a lot and assert yourself against difficulties.” He sees this as very good prerequisites with a view to the future.
