The departure to Vietnam of the vice president of the United States, Kamala Harris, was delayed for several hours on Tuesday.
His office was informed from the embassy in Hanoi about the "report of a possible abnormal health incident."
This is the term used by the United States Government to refer to the mysterious "Havana syndrome," which has sickened numerous officials in the country in recent years and is still the subject of investigation.
