The suspect responded to a written article that dealt with disorderly conduct outside the home of Prime Minister Bennett in Raanana, after it called the opponents of the corona vaccines as "endangering us all."



"Vaccine refusers are endangering our freedom," Bennett said in a July statement.

"Our challenge is clear. All Israelis who can get vaccinated will go and get vaccinated. Any citizen aged 12 and over who has no prevention - go get vaccinated."

A day later, police arrested five people in a demonstration outside Bennett's home.

According to police, dozens of people who arrived at the scene blocked the traffic and clashes broke out between the protesters and the police, during which the rioters were arrested.



Another threat received against Prime Minister Bennett was that of a 45-year-old man from Kiryat Gat, who called the police station over the weekend and threatened to harm Bennett.

On Sunday, an indictment was filed against him for threats, and his detention was extended.
