The judge was outraged that the 31-year-old had "abused the trust of his former girlfriend in a shabby way".
At least the 31-year-old admitted his guilt at the trial.
He also apologized to his ex-girlfriend: "I'm sorry with all my heart." An apology that she also accepted.
In addition, the 31-year-old gave her back the extorted 550 euros.
His defense lawyer wanted his behavior to be mitigated.
He requested a seven-month suspended sentence.
"The risk of another crime is low," he said.
The public prosecutor, on the other hand, requested one year in prison. The judge also saw "with the best will in the world no possibility of suspending the sentence". But since the confession was extremely extensive, the accused had apologized and had repaid the extorted money, he left it with a prison sentence of six months without parole. sus
