The candidate for national deputy for the City of Buenos Aires Ricardo López Murphy was photographed traveling by bus and generated debate on social networks, where many users raised the importance of officials also using public transport.

The Republican candidate, who will compete in the internship with María Eugenia Vidal, was identified in a seat on line 17 by another passenger from politics, the candidate Juan Pablo Chiesa.

He appeared with a beret, a black chinstrap and a dark jacket, checking his cell phone

.

"Today I got on the collective and I met the Pre-Candidate for Deputy Ricardo López Murphy. Beyond the ideological and political differences, it should be noted that we are still politicians close to the People and with our feet on the ground," Chiesa published on his account from Twitter.

Although many users highlighted his gesture and even considered him a "Swedish" politician, there were also those who questioned the photo and attributed it to a campaign strategy.

One of them was the journalist Jorge Rial, who tried to ignore López Murphy and wrote:

"Re credible

.

"

What the former Intruder driver was not expecting was the quick response of the opposition leader.

"

Argentina needs to debate education, economy and employment, not my transport.

I clarify the same doubt, Jorge Rial, for years, like yesterday, I took 17 on the corner of my house. Greetings," he replied.

Argentina needs to debate education, economy and employment, not my transportation.

I clarify the doubt the same, @rialjorge, for years, like yesterday, I take the 17 at the corner of the house.

Greetings.

Far from continuing with the crossing, Rial lowered the tone of the controversy and replied: "That's why I made it credible. You told me that anecdote years ago on the radio. The heads of politicians always work towards the wrong side."

Indeed, it is not the first time that López Murphy has been detected by passengers on that bus line.

On Twitter, the Pregonero user had published a compilation of tweets with

residents of the City who had already traveled with López Murphy in previous years

.

There are even tweets from ten years ago that talk about his presence on public transport.

Ricardo Lopez Murphy is the Swedish politician we all want to vote for (see dates).
