Worrying milestone: The Ministry of Health published tonight (Wednesday) over 10,000 verified in Corona were diagnosed yesterday, for the first time since January.

10,001 infections were diagnosed and the total number of tests was about 150,000.

The rate of positive tests was 6.69%.

The alarming figure for the number of verified is published only a week before the start of the school year on September 1.

Just this week, Israel crossed the threshold of one million civilians in Corona.

According to data from the Ministry of Health (updated at 17:42), 75,403 active patients were registered in the State of Israel, of whom 688 patients were hospitalized in critical condition, a relatively stable number (one serious patient at midnight).

187 patients in critical condition and of these 139 respirators.

6,908 Israelis have died from the corona virus since the outbreak.

Twelve people died at midnight, and 25 died yesterday.

On Tuesday, the Ministry of Health opened the possibility for people aged 30 and over to come and get vaccinated in the third dose, and more than 1.7 million citizens have already taken the opportunity.

The Home Front Command also notes that 262,000 children were sampled from the operation of the free serological tests for children aged 12-3 towards the start of the school year.

The huge and welcome public response to the operation provides many data that require deepening and analysis.
