After a two-year corona-related break, the traditional costume association “D'Lechgauer” Prem held its annual meeting.

In addition to elections and honors, board member Alfred Sieber looked back on the Gaufest 2019 that took place in Prem.

He thanked all the helpers and those involved in the Gaufest "for the good course and the wonderful party".

- According to Vorplatter Florian Echtler, the active players had rehearsed the “Lechgauer Glöggle” and made their debut on the evening of the festival. Youth leader Dominik Niggl performed the “Auftanz” with around 50 children on Gaufest Sunday. Second Vorplattler Florian Bollenmüller thanked the older Plattlers for rehearsing the "Crown Dance", which was also presented at the Gaufest. Sieber thanked host Siegfried Eberle, the departing second board member, for hosting the helper festival in the Weißwurststadl.

Niggl praised the youth group's first place in 2019 and thanked musicians, parents and helpers.

Preparations for the upcoming youth and active price plateau are underway, but it is not yet possible to say how the implementation is planned.

The active ones are currently rehearsing with 40 flat players.

Despite the very quiet time, the active Trachtler could also record highlights.

The Plattlergruppe traveled to Berlin for Green Week in 2020 and performed there in the Bayernhalle.

The youth group had several appearances at the concert of the Prem music band.

The 100th anniversary of the Upper Lechgau Association was canceled last year, but this year it was possible to make up for it in a small group with three participants per club.

It is not yet possible to decide whether the Gau autumn assembly and the Premer Christmas market can take place.

Sieber thanked the flag delegation and the keepers of the two Marterl of the Premer traditional costume club.

Music manager Roman Nuscheler reported on a successful year 2019 and announced that Plattler and dances were newly recorded last year and will soon be available to every club on a USB stick.

Newly accepted into the association are: Juliana Linder, Anna Hummel, Lukas Heißerer and Magnus Lory.

Before the subsequent elections, the second chairman Siegfried Eberle and assessor Mathias Spindler announced that they were giving up their offices.

They were replaced by Andreas Streif (second chairman) and Matthias Kleber (see box for new committee).

After the failed meeting last year, Alfred Sieber was able to carry out numerous honors, such as congratulations on the 25th and 50th anniversary of membership and the appointment of new honorary members (see box). The whole costume evening was musically framed by the club musicians Roman Nuscheler and Niklas Neckermann.
