Guard Jabion Hamlet is close to a conclusion in Bnei Herzliya, "Israel Today" first learned.
Hamlet (23, 1.93m) has played for the past two years at North Texas College and last season averaged a good 15.6 points and 4.5 assists per game.
He previously played in smaller colleges in Florida and Tennessee.
Hamlet will be the fifth foreigner on Oren Aharoni's squad after signing Chinano Onoako, Marcus Kennedy, Courtney Portson and Andy Van Walet earlier this summer.
