The Dean of the University of Hong Kong sent an e-mail to the former councillors involved yesterday (24) to learn about their participation in the motion and their voting preferences.
The email asked them to respond to three questions, including whether they were present at the meeting that day, whether they were the mover or reconciler of the motion, and their intention to vote.
