Mandatory masks from first grade, parents with a green mark will be allowed to borrow: the outline for the opening of the school year

The Ministry of Education passed the outline to the district principals, under which unvaccinated parents who do not present a negative corona test will be able to enter the educational institutions only if they receive individual approval from the principal due to "special difficulties" for the child.

The Ministry of Education today (Wednesday) passed the outline for the opening of the school year to the district principals.

It states that students will be required to wear masks from first grade, and that only parents with a green badge will be able to accompany their children and attend meetings and ceremonies - unless they have received individual approval from the director of the institution.

The ministry further directs that school events be held under conditions whereby all participants other than the educational staff will be allowed to enter the institution upon presentation of a green mark or a negative quick check, as well as within a gathering limit of up to 50 participants in a closed building .
