Visitors to the open air "Kulturbote", which starts on Friday in Freising, do not have to be tested for Corona - despite the new 3G regulation.

Freising

- Even if the seven-day incidence in the Freising district has been over 50 for several days: the open-air beer garden "Kulturbote" on the SV Vötting football field can take place.

The event that the Freising company Eventunion and SV Vötting Weihenstephan organize together is not affected by the 3G regulation.

Alexander Fischer, spokesman for the 17-day open air event, is in daily contact with the authorities.

"Of course, we adhere to all the requirements for protecting the health of the population," he emphasized.

“As things stand at the moment, as in every other beer garden, it is mandatory to wear a mask up to the assigned seat.” In addition, visitors have to register.

Fischer asks to do this in advance online in the ticket shop of the organizers in order to avoid long queues in the entrance area.

3G does not affect events that take place in the open air

However, there is no test obligation for the maximum of 500 guests who can be admitted.

"The 3G rule, which has been in force since Monday, does not affect us because the event takes place in the open air," explains Fischer.

The day before the premiere of the new format, which will also feature Konstantin Wecker and Django 3000, the organizers are looking forward to it.

"We have a stage that Freising has not yet seen, and we will also have a good start weekend," says the press spokesman with a view to ticket sales.

Because the concert of the hip-hop duo "Dicht und gripe" on Saturday (8 pm) is already sold out.

A number of tickets have already been sold for a spontaneously organized additional concert that will take place on Sunday (8 p.m.).

There are currently still remaining tickets for the Jazzrausch Bigband performance on Friday (8 p.m.).

Actor Alexander Nadler supports the open air

The organizers received prominent support from the Freising actor Alexander Nadler.

He slipped into the role of the cultural messenger Bartl in order to address a few greetings to the visitors via video.

Both clips - for the “local” and the “Zuagroasten” - can be viewed on the organizers' homepage.

All information about the program and tickets is available at www.eventunion.events.
