The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office today (Thursday) filed an indictment in the city district court against a 22-year-old man who stole from a 68-year-old woman a sum of money in which she won the lottery, and then fortified the amount in the building - along with children.
The young man, Nathaniel Mizrahi, was charged with aggravated robbery, assault of a beard, false imprisonment, assault, obstruction of justice and violation of a legal provision.
The indictment unfolds a series of events that took place last week, when Mizrahi noticed a woman collecting a sum of 5,000 in which she won the lottery at the Lottery in Bnei Brak.
The young man, who had already been issued a restraining order against the city, ambushed a woman and followed her.
Noticing this, the woman asked him about his actions.
At this point, Mizrahi grabbed her purse and pulled him tightly.
The complainant fell to the ground, but this did not stop him and he continued to drag her on the street floor, so that she suffered fractures in her body.

But that was not the end of Mizrahi's actions.
According to the indictment, the defendant fled with the money to a residential building and entered one of the apartments.
He attacked one of the tenants, who was in the apartment at the time along with his wife, children, and neighbors' children.
Upon entering the apartment and despite the woman's pleas, the defendant locked the door behind him and left her and the children imprisoned in the apartment.
When police forces arrived, the defendant went up through the apartment window, to the roof of the building and threatened to jump from the roof at the same time as he threw away documents he had stolen from the complainant and the keys to the apartment.
After his arrest, Mizrahi asked to use the toilets in order to hide the money he had robbed and to thwart the investigation.
In his request for detention until the end of the proceedings, Adv. Elad Barak noted that Mizrahi committed a series of serious violent offenses aimed at a number of civilians, adults and children. " And escapes from justice, "he said.
