Prime Minister Naftali Bennett spoke tonight (Friday light) with US President Naftali Bennett, after the meeting between the two, which was scheduled to take place yesterday afternoon, was postponed in the shadow of the attack in Kabul, in which at least 12 American soldiers and dozens of Afghan civilians were killed.
The Prime Minister expressed his deepest condolences following the events, noting that Israel shares the US sorrow: "We stand by you at this difficult time as the US has sided with Israel over the years," the Prime Minister told the President.
