The Egyptian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 8 deaths and 203 new infections with the Corona virus during the last 24 hours.
In its daily report, the ministry stated that the total number of deaths from the virus in the country reached 16,691, while the number of infections reached 286,938.
Yesterday, Egypt recorded five deaths and 194 cases of the virus.
Yesterday, Minister of Health, Hala Zayed, revealed that cases of the mutated (Delta Plus) mutation of Corona had been monitored in the country during the past month, noting that this mutation is rapidly spreading.
