"The President decided to appear before the Justice in his own right and will donate half of his salary to the Malbrán Institute for 4 months. President Alberto Fernández appeared this afternoon at the Justice in his own right and without a sponsoring lawyer in order to raise the reparation of the potential damage that may have been caused by offering to deposit for four (4) consecutive months half of his salary to the Malbrán Institute ", with that brief text, the Government announced that Alberto Fernández appeared in the file investigating his wife's birthday, Fabiola Yáñez, in Olivos, during the strict quarantine.
Fernández will represent himself on the record "in his own right", and not through Gregorio Dalbón.
