The driver did not have any individual approvals for this.
Regensburg: vehicle is brought to the appraiser
The report on the car showed that the BMW reached a noise level of 111 decibels when it was stationary.
A maximum of 83 is allowed. This means that the limit was exceeded by 28 decibels.
When measuring the driving noise, the level was exceeded by 19 decibels.
70 are allowed, the car had 89 decibels.
In addition to a high fine, the BMW driver must expect towing and appraisal costs.
