The enthusiasm of the French for third places is growing.
A sign of the appeal encountered by these hybrid workspaces, often located in brownfields or former administrative premises, they have grown from 1,800 in 2018 to 2,500 today.
And their number could be of the order of 3,000 to 3,500 in 2022. A phenomenon well identified by the government, which intends to support their development.
