The UOCRA war in La Plata hints at its most violent transition.
A few hours after the statement of the former secretary general, Juan Pablo "Pata" Medina,
an armed group uploaded a threatening video to the networks against the judge and the prosecutor in the case
of illicit association, aggravated coercion and extortion processed by the federal Justice against the unionist.
In the video, the hooded men say they belong to a faction that supports Medina in the internal union and that they respond to him and his son nicknamed "Puli", who also has a history of violent acts.
Medina seeks to distance himself from the video and attributes this sequence of several hooded people, with long weapons and some of them wearing a police safety vest, to members of the fraction that responds to Iván Tobar, confronted with the "Pata" sector and his son, Cristina "Puly" Medina.
That presumption, accompanied by alleged evidence about the participation of the "Tobar group", was presented this Thursday at UFI No. of La Plata, by the judge on duty Ana Medina.
Whatever the origin of this intimidating material,
the procedural situation of the union member of La Plata has been complicated since Monday night.
At that time, Medina decided to ignore a restriction of the Federal Criminal Court No. 2 that required him not to participate in union acts or committing activities.
Even so, he decided to convene a massive event in front of the former UOCRA headquarters, on avenue 44 in the provincial capital.
His lawyer, César Albarracín, had explained to

that the meeting was of a political nature, not a union one, and that his client was exempt from being punishable by the action.

This Thursday at noon, Medina must testify about his conduct, via zoom.
He could receive a sanction or directly the subsequent opinion of the Court would decide to end his release.

The defendant received this benefit because he was held for more than three years without a conviction.
In the middle, the video of the controversy appeared:

Can this intervention of the masked group condition the judicial decision?
There should be a prior procedure: the identification of the group that, in view of the precarious logistics and little sophistication of the scenario, does not represent a stumbling block to the well-oriented researcher on intelligence issues in public security.
It is an attached rope, apparently of relative relevance in the process.
But, the street violence unleashed by both factions would impose the prosecutor Marcelo Molina and the judge Alejandro Smoris speed in some of their decisions.
The term of the release under oath or the continuity of the "Pata" in his house in Villa del Plata, in Ensenada, is in the prelude to the ruling.
