Tutzing - There was a serious accident yesterday, Wednesday, August 25th, in Tutzing.
Around 10.45 a.m., a 76-year-old woman from Tutzing drove her car, BMW, down the village street in Tutzing, Unterzeismering.
She wanted to turn left at the intersection with Bernrieder Straße, but has to pay attention to a stop sign.
In doing so, she overlooked a 66-year-old motorcyclist from Bernried approaching from the left, who was driving his BMW in the direction of Tutzing.
The two vehicles collided in the intersection area.
The motorcyclist suffered an injury to his cervical spine and a leg injury.
But the injuries were so severe that he was flown to the hospital in Murnau by rescue helicopter after he was transported to the hospital in Tutzing.
Both vehicles suffered damage of approx. 5000 euros.
The woman now has to answer for the negligent bodily harm and disregard of the right of way.
