The corona numbers in Germany are increasing.
Now the first federal state is planning to tighten the rules for unvaccinated people if the numbers continue to rise dramatically.
Stuttgart - According to the RKI, the fourth corona wave has also started in Germany.
But Health Minister Jens Spahn recently ruled out a new lockdown - at least for vaccinated citizens.
People without a corona vaccination could experience new restrictions.
Now the first federal state is taking a big step in this direction.
Corona restrictions for unvaccinated people: BaWü wants to take action
In the event of a dramatic increase in corona patients in intensive care units, Baden-Württemberg is now planning restrictions for unvaccinated people.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Social Affairs said on Thursday: "The state government is already preparing a corona ordinance in the event of interference, which can come into force immediately."
It also said from Stuttgart: "This will include restrictions for unvaccinated people in particular, since the infection rate and the associated utilization of the intensive care units is largely determined by this group." The draft should be voted in the next week in the green-black government.
