Callum Walsh
is 30 years old and a father.
And he still has a hard time believing that today he is enjoying a present, you might say, as a millionaire.
It is that just four years ago he had suffered a
small stroke and was unemployed
.
The young Englishman had no choice but to
pawn his Breitling watch
when "it was absolutely broke
.

He went short and took out loans to support his wife Daisy, now 31, and their four-month-old daughter.
Round business, profit on the rise
Callum kicked the board and decided to use the money he received for his watch to apply for a
license from the Financial Conduct Authority
(FCA)
and used social media to start his own business.

Today they have a baby and a great economic spending.
But growth accelerated in the second business fiscal year, when in 2019 the firm earned $ 2 million in revenue by securing
$ 16.7 million of auto financing for clients

"We anticipate providing $ 98 million in vehicle financing to our customers by the end of 2022, with a total earned income of $ 12 million," the man from Wythenshawe, Manchester, projected.
"The company was created with a moral compass more than anything, with the mission of saving money for the people who trust us," he added.
Risk investment
Walsh took out a
high-interest loan backed by his home

He was willing to risk everything for his idea, confident that he couldn't fail.
"I felt a fire inside my stomach when I initially ran out of cash," he says.
Daisy, who married Callum in 2015 when he was working in banking, said: "He always dreamed of being a police officer, but I think his vocation to earn money from such a young age is what really motivates him."
At its offices, Walsh employs about 30 people, with plans to grow to 50 by November this year.
But there was a turning point in Callum's life: when he
suffered his mini-stroke in 2017
, right after the birth of his daughter.
The stroke caused him to temporarily lose sensation on the left side of his body.
"It was an extremely worrying moment for everyone. They told me at the hospital to take it as a wake-up call," he added worried about the future.
How to get ahead, then?
"I found myself without a job, with a small family to feed. I would say absolutely broke. I used credit cards to the fullest, took loans and overdrafts. I even took my wife's maternity leave," recalls Walsh.
Now he was a stay-at-home dad.
The mother supported her family while he tried to find work.

With the money from the Breitling watch, I applied for the FCA license) and got help from the LinkedIn network.

Example of effort during childhood
For Walsh, growing up in Wythenshawe taught him that it takes hard work to get what you want in life.
And he had the example of his parents to support him and his two sisters.
"When I went to a school far from home, I always felt that I had to show more because of the lack of a sense of belonging or total acceptance," he recalls.
And sentence: "
The need to constantly demonstrate to others generated an inner fire."
The present finds him with a wide economic solidity, he says, a product of his vision and perseverance.
