THE QUESTION
- The Climate and Resilience Law was promulgated last Tuesday.
Among its flagship measures, the fight against thermal strainers, these energy-intensive homes numbering 5 million in France.
To do this, the government launched in January 2020 aid intended for households wishing to renovate their homes.
Called Ma Prime Rénov '(MPR), this device is a success, says the government.
More than 382,000 files have been filed.
But not all were accepted: 297,000 were validated, an acceptance rate of 77%.
And not all of them have as a project a comprehensive renovation that the government encourages.
Quite the contrary.
This is the case for 0.2% (!) Of cases, according to Matthieu Orphelin, EELV deputy for Maine-et-Loire and ex-LREM.
