How does hair want to develop?
A set of rules as a guard rail should now guide this.
Hair - How does hair want to develop in the next five years?
The municipality gives itself new guard rails for the areas of construction, social affairs, education, the environment, and municipal administration.
The updated set of rules is a “clear commitment to sustainability”, praises the municipal administration itself.
The municipal council and administration worked on the revision of the municipal guidelines for almost half a year.
Mostly virtually, in various online workshops.
The guidelines form the basis for future local political decisions - in the local council and town hall.
The municipality has been setting its own guidelines since 2002.
In the latest meeting of the municipal council, the members decided on the new version - unanimously.
Mayor Andreas Bukowski (CSU) said that a “great success” had been achieved.
He thanked everyone involved for the "constructive process".
The direction in which hair wants to steer is clear: sustainability.
The preamble is shaped by climate goals such as "ecologically sustainable future security", and "climate-positive behavior" or "circular economy".
The community also advocates “unprejudiced togetherness” and “equal opportunities”.
However, one looks in vain for specific measures in the set of rules.
Here are the five areas in detail.
Build
The community wants to "largely" densify districts along the main traffic axes.
Hair should be a pioneer for climate-positive building.
Investors should only get building rights if they comply with socially fair land use.
Bicycle traffic and local public transport are to be intensified.
Social
Decisions should be based on the “principles of equal opportunities and freedom”.
Haar wants to promote cultural workers, for example by providing rooms.
Haar also wants to stand up for the club - in which form remains open.
education
The aim of the community is the “model of life situation learning”.
The municipality remains vague in the guidelines.
The dialogue with the next generation should be sought in order to fulfill the educational mandate.
environment
The municipality is striving for "the transition from a waste to a circular economy", it says in the set of rules.
The community wants to "sensitize" people in Haar to this.
Haar also wants to set "ambitious and measurable" climate targets.
A continuous network of green spaces is to be created.
Local government
Workplaces close to home, town hall with branches, acquisition of suitable companies: the community wants to become a so-called “Smart City”. These are municipalities that are efficiently, ecologically and digitally networked. A “responsible” budget policy is part of this for Haar. The town hall wants to promote the performance of community workers. Action must now follow the tail unit.
