Suspicion of hit and run: A young man in his 20s was killed by a car near Ben Shemen, the suspect fled
The young man was injured while crossing Route 6 near the Daniel Interchange heading north.
The offending driver fled the Macon, and police began searching for him.
Two people were moderately and lightly injured in the incident, and they were evacuated for further treatment at Assaf Harofeh Hospital.

A young man in his 20s was killed today (Friday) by a car while crossing Highway 6 near the Daniel Interchange heading north.
The offending driver fled the scene, and police began investigating him.
Two people were moderately and lightly injured in the incident, and they were evacuated for further treatment at Assaf Harofeh Hospital in Beer Yaakov.
